Biography
Short
Mohammed Umair has spent more than two decades building and running businesses — beginning in sales and financial services, founding a smart-infrastructure company that has delivered thousands of projects, and now working across international trade strategy and AI-enabled enterprise software.
Longer
My career has never followed a single lane. I began in sales, built a multidisciplinary technology business and later moved into global trade and AI-enabled platforms. The common thread has been curiosity backed by execution: understand the problem, bring the right people together and remain involved until the work functions in the real world.
I founded Synchronos in 2010 to bring design, automation and technology under one accountable team. Over the years the company has delivered thousands of residential, commercial, institutional and government projects across India, working with multidisciplinary teams and delivery partners.
Since 2024 I have led sales and strategy at T57, a pre-launch B2B platform for food and agricultural trade, shaping its market priorities, pricing and partnerships. Alongside that, I direct NxSync, an enterprise-software portfolio that includes SecureShare, an AI-native ERP and Spine, a tool for keeping AI-assisted software work traceable.
